About The Founder
Hey 👋🏼, I'm Taylor,(feel free to call me TK).
Over the past decade, I’ve been building high-performing tech teams for an array of high-growth startups across the United States, with a primary focus on Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City. My experience spans both agency and internal environments. Most recently, I served as the VP of Talent for an Eric Schmidt (Google) led deep tech fund/incubator. In this role, I successfully assembled founding teams for eight startups specializing in AI/ML, Web3, Social Media, and Fintech and spearheaded the rapid expansion of our high-frequency trading/hedge fund arm. This growth resulted in a 633% YOY increase in our employee count, from 15 to 110.
Inspired by the passion and brilliance of the founders I've worked with, I caught the entrepreneurial bug and am now eager to help even more startups establish their founding teams the right way.
